The Miraculous

Gabriel Tamas It seems like every Anna von Hausswolff album is somewhat different than the previous. Although the brilliant song structure, those haunting church organs and the chilling vocals are always the same, something is different at same time. This album is one of calmness and introspection, I'd say. I could also say it's one of her best, but so far everything Anna released is amazing, and this album is not an exception! Favorite track: Stranger.

Alice M. Not my favorite, but it still contains moments of pure genius, and it would be sad if every AvH album sounded the same.

daddyo44 She has an uncanny genius for the construction of songs, arrangements, whole albums......but also the raw emotion and musicianship to perform and record the results in what feels like a live and spontaneous way.
Anna von H is the most exciting artist I've discovered in many years :))) Favorite track: Evocation.
